I am really sorry but I can not for the life of me see that your screen shot shows accumulation is happening. To me , all it shows is that someone purchased 225,504 shares for $71,033.76 at 31.5c , and therefore someone also sold the same amount. I understand that it all happened 12.41 pm , but the amount is not earth shattering...imo , you are jumping at shadows. Only 2.3M shares traded all day.
