I trust management but, I believe they have have 3rd party forces punch them around the past 6-8 months. They feel (as they see all the info) as they don't need to worry SHs and the ASX vague disclosure rules give them that right.

The AGM and more importantly...the VOTING which I'll talk about later do add a bit of pressure to everything.
-Some investors have small amounts of money invested or FT jobs so they aren't concerned. AGY is a hobby to them.
-Some small investors have put thier live saving and will have nothing if something goes bad.
-Some investors have brought friends and family into AGY in the 30's/40's. Ouch!
-A couple investors have got the wife to agree to put large amounts of family money into AGY. I can only image how stressful that house would be every night.

One of my secret things I love about investing in AGY is knowing that Jerko's wife would kill him if he screwed this up...so and long as Jerko's alive...we have a solid chance of 99.5%
