I don't think there needs to be anything anything really exciting, just proof of concept and commercial viability. The demand is there, the battery market is ready to boom, and if AGY confirms what it has suggested, it will open up the doors. My feeling is that people are just waiting for the green light. Consistent and quality Li producers could easily see their market cap increase 10-20 fold over the next 5-10 years, and AGY would be a very attractive early entry IMO.
