    Something is definitely up; price is not allowed to close at $0.31 and now cannot close below $0.295

    Accumulation happening as impatient sellers slowly sell off - first time in a while I've seen with equal buyers and more buy than sell volume

    Watch it bolt when the accumulation dries up and the announcement is made
