Yes and No.
Typical BG is 99.5% but it’s possible to be “slightly” lower.
Who’s willing to buy what, is dependent on what is actually available.
If there is 99.5%BG available with low impurities at a similar price.
Then common sense will tell you it will be hard to sell say 99.3%BG
