Obviously being a lamen in big buissness, i have only run small privately run buisnesses these terms and processes are like a foriegn language to me. So to simplify this can someone clear up a few questions i have?

Q1
When stated argosy and puna mining enter a jv to own salar del rincon or whatever acquisition they make dealings with.
Does this mean puna mining own the land previously or acquire from local people or government?

Q2
Once owned the 77.5% , 90% ownership respectively to argosy they take that share of profits and ownership of the land

Q3
What was and is puna mining? Is this a name of buissness created by pablo and mendenez who have a buissness model with the government or just an idea that is now taking shape

Forgive me if these questions are repetive in nature or make me look like a fool just like to have an understanding of things that im not sure about also think it would make more sense to the broader hc community!

As most here on hc that post reg seem to have a brilliant understanding of these processes and im sure have been trading a lot longer than i.

Any answers or info relavent would be more ch apreciated.
