Not sure why a trading halt would be warranted for an announcement relating to the Stage 1 Plant first product or even a maiden JORC estimate ?
TH's are usually requested for either a cap raise or prior to a significant deal (Eg. major acquisition) where and the purpose of the TH is to ensure an 'orderly market' prior to the announcement. Ie. To avoid any leaky ship trading activity.
