I agree, the trade halt is to extend the time available for release of news.
Something isn't right just now.
But I also read that as: by the end of the Trade Halt it'll be resolved.
This announcement gets a solid *meh* from me. Positive because they still believe it'll be good by the end of the Halt, negative because they missed 31 May.
I'm still extremely positive on AGY, it'll just take more time.
The tension continues until Tuesday (assuming they don't extend the Trade Halt further).
