Agreed.
Releasing results to the ASX are LEGAL documents.
(i.e...you go to jail if you lie)
I'd actually trust a ASX release over a lab result as the company "could" just blame the lab. Where as if they test and triple check in-house...you know you got the goods.
It's all a bit silly anyways...
AGY aren't sending any samples to companies that aren't 99.5++%
