Its not hard to envision a scenario wherein the gas supplier has been telling Argosy "soon amigo, soon!" for weeks or even months, with Pablo and crew desperately waiting for the gas supply and watching the clock tick closer to the end of May... perhaps if gas had been connected as late as a week ago everything would have been ok? Perhaps mgmt were hoping the gas would get connected in time and that it would all become a non-event?
Agreed though that Comms has been lacking... still in the green and still holding though.
