re the Gas issue.

They probably knew a while ago that the chances of getting the Gas on were low.

They had two choices; go to the market and flag delay(s) or try a work around. For whatever reason they chose the second option. Maybe PA advised he thought it possible to produce something with a work around. Produce something he did just not to the very high spec. Which is difficult in itself.

Personally I think they should of went to the market with both. Advising of delays and that they are trying a work around with no promises until the Plant can be fully commissioned to spec. I think the market would of been kinder.

I should add in my process engineering experience work around(s) during commissioning are very common and a stopgap until a proper solution is put in place. Often they work sometimes they don't.

The real lesson for them again (this is the second) is how they engage with holders. I really hope there isn't a third.
