Do all three BUY now, HOLD for 5 years and then decide when best to SELL.
I am starting to cool about today's cock-up.
I always said (before the announcement), even if we didn't get the news we wanted then it would be a timing inconvenience for people needing to recover cash for other purposes.
Bloody inconvenient!
Just wish I had more spare cash; this thing got caned today because...
1. A somewhat bungled announcement and bungled management of expectations
2. A few people panicked (understandable)
3. Some auto-sells triggered
4. Some people had to get out because they needed the cash, rather than waiting for the recovery (weeks away).
Not a good day (except for the buyers) but ultimately will not matter when the announcements EVENTUALLY start coming through.
My confidence is returning even if my patience isn't.
