    I think you have hit the nail on the head.

    Our current future projections are based on the existing project plan and the assumption that AGY will carefully boot-strap development trying to rely on reinvesting earnings to minimise dilution. A good plan, but one that might not suit needy customers.

    While Lithium appears expensive, it is a minor cost in the overall car build budget (less than 3%). Car makers are facing a near future where they can't ramp EV market share without Lithium.

    Enter AGY, proven process and producing but at low volume.

    The rational thing to do is to enter into discussions with AGY with a topic of "what deal do we need to do, to ramp production to 10 to 20 times current output in the shortest time possible?"

    The nature & structure of that deal is not important (it will get sorted), but the driving force behind making it happen will be compelling.

    Hence, the Fast Track strategy. Its all about the process - we have it where as many other Lithium Brine hopefuls may or may not and certainly not yet.

    No matter how big their resource is.
