Can someone explain to me what the frequent micro orders do? I assume these are by bots. Initially there were around 40 orders completed of just 3 shares every minute and a half. Then later these switched to single orders for just 1 share per order. I've always seen these but never understood what purpose they serve? Can any pro's out there enlighten me?
