Imagine this (still theoretical):
BUY is 24.0c
SELL is 24.5c
The trend is going towards increasing the price, contracts established at 24.5c but when you have a genuine one lets say 20000 shares at 24.5, you can see in seconds a sell into the buying side with 1 share at 24.0c.
This will still show in red, and for 99% of the time the SP is at 24.0 and the chart will be continuously at 24.0c, even if the 99.99% of the traded shares are at 24.5c
