AGY have previously stated in many of the recent announcements that they are in talks with companies regarding off-take agreements - mainly Japanese and Korean companies I believe.
I would assume that until we reach Battery Grade, and our potential customers have received a couple of kgs worth of AGY BG lithium, we won't see more news on the off-take front apart from - "talks are progressing".
It's not worth Argosy locking in an off-take until battery grade has been reached, otherwise we wouldn't be showing our customers our full potential, and the off-take deal will reflect that.
