Thanks for the update...
it looks...and this is a guess that if the POND are to be increased in size by 2...then the length of the NEW S2 ponds will be extended all the way south.
This looks to be happening as there's no building on top of the new ponds.
Next time someone talks to mgmt...some direction would be good.
