Basic Demming process stuff.

You just keep going through these steps until you achieve the desired outcome, whether it is a well cooked steak or battery grade lithium.

Process design is what I do and unfortunately a lot of people just don't get process.

If I had a dollar for every time I have heard "We don't need process documentation, we know what we are doing" I would not be here watching my AGY portfolio.
