I seriously believe the sp drop is mainly because of many negative posts in HC, which causes panic sells or wealth preservation reaction from current holders and also turns off the new potential investors. Most of the posts has no factual basis but the discussion goes on and on from pages to pages and creates doubts in readers mind and ultimately it reflects itself in the share price action.
If current share holders do not sell their shares for the current price, the sp would recover very fast even without any announcement, purely on supply and demand basis.
