A blind man can see Enirgi are flapping on the wind...
EVEN by their OWN omission...they are saying they MIGHT get a plant up and running by 2021-22. (They said it, not me!)

If Enirgi was it's own company I could see them still pubiclilly saying we are great and everyone else sucks but, they aren't.
They are owned by a billion dollar hedge fund and you can bet your a$$ they want a return on their money!

For example:
Let's look at the recent GXY/Possco deal.
Any the end of the day GXY's SDV area on Hombre Muerto is massive!
All GXY wants is a 25k plant life for 40 years. IMO, that's worth 2-4B

They needed money to build the plant so selling part of it was a simply genius move by Anthony Tse. Technically...he got free financing. Remember, 4 years ago GXY was worth about 8 cents (including the 1:5 share consolidation)

With AGY and Sentient...it SCREAMS "do a deal" ONCE PA get's BG.
I might even argue Sentient is cheering for it more then AGY SHs!

Why?
Let's say Enirgi get a 25-50k plant going...and that last them 25-30+ years? Rincon is so bloody big they will probably only use 50% or maybe even 30% of their area.

An AGY JV which would cost them nothing and would give then 20-45% of AGY or the project.
What would AGY shares be after they just scored 50% of Rincon?? (which I'll add is already JORC'd up!)

So Sentient could be sitting on hundreds of millions that really cost them NOTHING!

Hell, even if PA can only do IG...it's a winner for Sentient.

This is why AGY has such value!
It's the process (PA and Co) not the size.
