A genuine shareholder would not negatively and continuously criticise the company as there is no point to be a share holder and at the same time sabotage your company in HC, it defeats the purpose of being a shareholder. If they genuinely believe, the company has not been doing enough, they would have sold and moved on.
So why they are here day after day????
imo, they are paid and professional down ramper which they have no intention to buy even cheaper. The best approach is, not to get into arguments with them as that is what they want a divergence and hijack of constructive core business discussions.
