Lol... I still have my investment property (former home when I lived there) in Melb. Suburb has gone up 15-20% year on year last 4 years...
One of my mates always laughed at us home owners and was waiting for property crash since 2012. Fast forward to 2018 and He is now priced out of the market and has to look further out past commuter belt...
Not all areas of cities/states are stalling or going backwards...
