they are obvIoUsly low-ballIng and have a hIdden agenda. MS market themselves as lithium Bears but are really closet bulls, read, 'bullshitters'. I haven't been following that story to be honest. What was the target before, is the new target a 6mth, 12 mth target? Id also lIke to see theIr analyst coverage on It... and correlate that with facetS of the market, trading, MM that I [may or may not] have had fIrst hand experIence wIth ; ) and work out what those fkrs are up to.
