AGY is just going on with its business of building a world class company. The SP is all over the place because it reflects the market sentiment, which is a fickle thing that is all over the place. The collective nerves of this market place could never guide a moon landing or any other sofisticated project. Hence, the SP of AGY is not reflecting the super star business of AGY but instead the nervous Nellies that make up the market.
As for understanding the SP, we need to call in the @seagull , the @h00ts , and the @Fid ... They can "explain" the SP and any other shit that's all over the place.
My sentiment is Buy, without the slightest hesitation or doubt.
