Its not about when Onspeed sold. It is about when Onspeed bought.

Obviously an opportunity showed in the housing market that Onspeed wanted to take. There was probably very strict timing considerations for that agreement to play out.

Reasons to sell are not just related to what AGY is doing in the nearterm but also each persons individual opportunities, risk, and requirements to sell.

MarketingMan, I remember when you sold out of AGY about 2 weeks before an announcement because you just couldn't hold on any longer. Just like Onspeed has said, you didn't sell your entire position, but only enough that you needed for the opportunities and requirements you had at the time.

Looks to me like an opportunity showed for Onspeed and he was gracious enough to tell us about his position. Something which he didn't have to do.

Respect to you, Onspeed, and all the help you have given me and others directly or indirectly. I hope your remaining holdings and future positions do you well.
