Well, I just emailed Jerko to ask whether the September milestones will be completed and announced in September. Here is his word-for-word reply:

Regarding the upcoming milestone targets and works, we are working as quickly as possible to have these completed.
We will advise the status of all these works via an ASX announcement at the required time, given we are required to follow ASX disclosure rules on new information provided to the market.
