This is a bloody tough time to be trying to negotiate a worthwhile OT deal.
The FID index reveals the situation - it's not AGY it's the global uncertainty combined with a slump in Lithium pricing.
Buyers hold all the cards at the moment.
I am sure AGY could sign a deal tomorrow, but not at the price that would make us happy.
Never seen it so dull here on HC on the AGY thread.
Even the bots have given up.
