I did just the same today.

I can’t see JZ wanting to waste any time with any OT stuffing about. So I’m assuming their preferred OTer is one which is prepared to meet most, if not all, of AGYs requirements.

This is where AGYs associated SCALABILITY is so important in derisking future stage development, and production potential, for an EXPANDED offtake deal that potentially incorporates future stage finance as well.

AGY can now go to this OTer and show categorically, as they may well have done in the recent potential(?) OTer visit to Rincon, that any OT incorporated finance via future production is virtually assured.

This is why the xtra time these guys have just taken in upping the BG % to the preferred OTer requirements is so crucial in the scheme of things.

Now I’m not seeing that JZ would haul any potential OTer out to Rincon unless He wanted to make all that they have been negotiating absolutely REAL to this OTer.

This is not to say a deal is imminent. But circumstantially, with how AGY have got PA to show SCALABILITY, it points to a shorter time span for any deal.

Will this be how it works out ?

But surely at some stage the carrot just simply becomes too big and juicy for the OTer to not sign up. Imho that time is VERY near. Just my opinion tho.

AGY sailing along nicely for the moment and yes at this end of the market we are in the lap of the gods with fingers crossed. At any time someone can throw a grenade in and blow your world up. Just look at AUZ and now KDR.
