Yes, AGY looks like, feels like and IS a screaming BUY But, but ...

I would avoid putting too many eggs into one basket. Looking ahead a little, investors should be mindful of: (1) sovereign risk (Argentinian economy and politics, which are currently shaky and where the 2019 Presidential elections may lead to a less friendly business environment), and (2) risk in the macroeconomic environment (US sharemarket looks like it has to correct sooner rather than later and maybe even turn bearish, Australian economy looks a wee bit shaky with housing downturn apparently confirmed and interest rates already creeping up).

AGY looks fantastic over the next few months though. I did have all my eggs in one basket, so hedged a little by taking my first profit recently - yes sir, three bags full - but I'm holding onto the majority of my AGY shares and expect to do so into Christmas/New Year. I'm staying very alert though.
