AGY is refining the process and will only be producing BG LCE to spec of the offtake partner. It would be a waste of lithium to produce at full pelt only for it to be a different chemical makeup than desired by the customer.
It's always hard to explain to nuffies that chemical engineering isn't as simple as flicking a switch.
