Out of curiosity, if OT is only pending verification of BG quality (i.e. ave 99.7%) per ANN last week meaning theres a presumed agreed price, mgmt have confirmed they are able to scale production efficiently and cost effectively (cost structure is identifiable), and the PEA has been progressed over the past few months, then what is left to complete and finalise the PEA? To me, either further refinement is planned, theres a risk an OT wont be signed at agreed price, or plain and simply that we are now only waiting on final signoff and release to the market. Thoughts?
