Both the PEA and the OT r dependant on outside parties so to not give the company latitude for these goals is a tad unusual given what this company has achieved in such a short time, and yes it’s been short.
Most such projects would take at least twice, if not much longer than what this JV has done.
Not only that but they have positioned themselves in what appears to be the absolute sweetspot for what they will be producing.
If u have taken a position in AGY and u have done Ur dd then u should be fully aware of these factors and should be happy to wait until they achieve their next major objectives.
Given the above it’s a tad unusual that some would be calling such a defined timing for these targets.
