I think the time frames are a bit longer than about to happen.
FID nailed it when he mentioned volume.
At the moment the traders and their algorithms are firmly in control and it will take more than the usual retail/trader volume action around good announcements to move out of this current range.
That means the PEA and solid, long term institutional investors who soak up all the traders shares.
I am not sure the PEA is imminent. More like last quarter.
Good things sure, huge things definitely.
