This whole fantasy problem rests with JZ. He leads with a glass jaw. Promised BG in March missed by 6 months, talked up S3 20kt pa resource turned out small yada yada. I know it hurts for people that normally don't associate with MD's and that got to rub shoulders with him/became besotted but that's the reality of it. Yes he's achieved things but its clear he's poor at articulating the business goals and future objectives. Just watch his videos, he just repeats the same old one line cliches over and over. He cant seem to talk relaxed and naturally to the project. Its like a spiel roll out every time. It's like I'm listening to an NRL player post game. It was a game of two halfs, the boys put in 110% etc over and over.

If people haven't worked it out yet he's now trying to balance it based on fantasy v reality and come up with something that's acceptable. i.e 10-15k pa for 10-15 years. Which too is still easy to pull apart.

I've said it before he is failing to be proactive and paint the realistic version of our future. Again, he needs to clearly articulate the Companies aim(s) and future goals to take the ammunition away from detractors of all forms.

To me it something like this:

Our goal was to be the first next to market producer of battery grade LCE and grow our business from there
To do that we engaged an expert in PA and chose the location Rincon where he has previous experience
The Rincon resource is not the world best however is more than adequate for the production of BG LCE with an opportunity for growth
We started off small with small tenements and ponds to prove our process with an industrial sized pilot plant
Once our business model is proven we'll seek to engage a partner and grow the business in size of resource and processing going forward

There it is, the truth nice and simple. It takes the ammunition away from all detractors.

The original plan that still exists on the website as some type of five line excel Gantt chart is an embarrassment and needs updating. It served it's purpose as a over arching concept before the project started but those times have passed.

I still have some remaining holdings here (and two other specs) which is why I care that we succeed.

I think your observation is a tad pessimistic; but, you are right in saying developing any resource project is challenging. If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

If I could be critical of AGY, I would say their publicity machine needs more polish.

But, I think AGY has conquered the biggest hurdle (and a hurdle other apparently more shiny brine stocks that promise bigger resources, haven't faced yet because they are still at the feasibility stage) - the chemical process.

From here, it's a simple growth plan - buy more land, build more ponds, build more processing capacity.

I could be wrong.
