Theoretically, the PEA opens the door for more funds to jump on board.
If the funds decide to take medium to long term positions then that should shore things up.
I say "theoretically" because this concept of "funds can't invest until certain boxes are ticked (like a PEA)" is something I am parroting from what I have read on HC. Sometimes this information is feed in by rampers predicting the next leg up.
That might be my next piece of research.
