Hi MrT,My response: Yes, absolutely there are curveballs and yes strategic (equity) partners are a buzz and sniffing out AGY wanting their product BUT...I am adamant to put together a offtake deal, equity deal does not take this long. Remember, AGY is still spec trying to become a fully functional production company! There should not be any curve balls other then the product is of a lower grade to what the partner requires and or $/T AGY want is higher then the partner wants to spend and or equity deal thus partner wants more equity to what AGY is willing to part with - Still this should not take this long should both parties are eager to move forward.

Great post the last year has been full of optimistic posts on how good everything will be, great team behind us etc. Its about time the sp reflected this and mgmt stop copy and pasting the same expectations each quarter.
