I had my wedding 10 days ago and was planning to sell a small portion to pay for it (so people do 'need cash'). I ended up not doing that and paying for it through other means but I will need to sell a little when we are a little greener to help cover those costs. Overall though still a long term strategy for me and sure it's annoying the SP isn't going to way we want, but long term I don't think it will matter. Thanks to spinc you can see the progress weekly, and it looks great. All IMO.
