That observation has been made all year.

Not invalidating your comment, simply saying "you're right" but, happens time and again.

I think the answer is, majority of holders agree however, only takes a small number of people (as reflected by the low trading volumes) who either have jumped to the wrong conclusion or have to get their money out and - and that sets the price.

I worry that when we get the trifecta announcements, upward price momentum is going to be crippled by people saying "yay, I can finally get my money out!" and will sell out before we reach true value.

Hopefully (once PEA is dropped) some instos are ready to scoop them up.

However, we are going to need a larger resource size (more than just the +10% provided by the recent land acquisition).

If I had to guess, the resource will be upgraded by 150% (i.e. half again).
