I can confirm I too had almost the exact same worded email from JZ this afternoon...including the bit in brackets so I believe this poster 100%
"No delay, just going thru the process, we need to receive approval from ASX and ASIC to lodge these type of announcements, which we are waiting on (so we have done our bit)!!"
