I am not having any problem with market depth re-loading. I have checked two sourse, Commsec and Sanford. Whenever I have a problem which I cannot fix I email Quotetracker. They usually suggest I do a programme upgrade, and this always seem to work. Try an upgrade first by clicking on "options", then "web update". It takes about 15 minutes depending on your connection to the net. Quotetracker's help people are really good. Send them an email if this does not work. They will reply very quickly.
