My heavily-discounted valuation of resources and reserves is $0.82 per share
Reserves are discounted 80%
Resources are discounted 95%
DEG is trading at AUD $659 / oz
( $1.45B / 2.2 Moz )
AUD gold is $2550, so deg is trading at a 75% discount to gold price on a per ounce basis.
Point of exercise is to show how the market caps relate to value of their resources. Just to show the discount assumptions I have used to value ADN’s Halloysite are reasonable.
