Interesting seeing a 17.5c close on decent volume. According to ADN short sales via shortman, the latest 4 days available have shown approximately 5.3% of net shorts covered (48.3m/51m) with each of the 4 days showing short coverage. The latest 4 trading days availalbe via shortman are Sept 30th through to Oct 1/4/5th.

'Curious to see whether price action continues to improve, suggesting further shorts covered? From the beginning of extended shorting from the 13th of August after the cap raise up to now, there has pretty much only been continuous shorting on a daily basis - However, this is different, plus price action has improved 25% since 14c last week. To add to this, i've noticed on the ASX daily short gross sales that the past few trading days have shown "close-to-none" added short positions (relative to other days) in ADN.

Something brewing BTS indicating early short coverage? Or just coincidential price action?
