Apologies - I note that this was posted on 15th February I thought it was today as it has only just been posted by ADN on twitter...carry on. He does go on to say unconditional control was very close but not there yet.
Sounds confident and I don't believe it'll matter either way - there are plenty of routes to take even if we don't hit that 90% mark. Will just mean a little more work on managements behalf.
