I’m curious about the talk of takeover.

Full disclosure I’m holding another kaol/Hallo play but I just don’t see what value another company gets if they purchase ADN (or any of the kaol / hallo plays on the ASX).

Of course the equation would change if ADN or any of the other plays can prove up a high value use for the Hallo, but until then I think ADN (and the others) will need to bring to market the lower value and less complex uses for the resource.

IMO ADN’s strategy went off kilter with the PFS strategy of attempting to sell the higher value product from the start (which clearly isn’t feasible). This is the main reason the SP crashed from 40 cents+ to sub 10 cents as investors realised the dreams of high margin from the start was never going to happen.

Personally I hope ADN gets the strategy back up and running because it will likely rub off on the other explorers. I think the smarter way forward is simple DSO from the start, prove credentials and use the resulting cash to continue further investment in high value product.
