I wouldn’t say 30 mil is nothing
basically that’s status quo cost for the foreseeable- new hires, current etc
gov grant, cr or loan is needed or a culmination,
I think personally there just needs to be a strict follow through and no speculation- trading market or person that is what builds trust which builds confidence and from there the SP will follow.
