Will be interesting to view the quarterly report to check for payment of

1. the bio conservation contribution - $664,374.24
2. Rehabilitation Liability Bond - $3,790,000

which both need to be paid the the SA Dept of Mines prior to commencement.

Also, Streaky Bay Council are continuing to work with Andromeda for the approval to upgrade the Poochera to Port Kenny Road. This has been ongoing for some time now with various conditions being discussed. One is the eventual sealing of the pavement once the works reach a particular traffic loading. it would have to be assumed that this would be once material is being transported away from site rather than during quarry infrastructure construction. Will continue working on this to bring more info to the forum.

Behind the scenes, there will a lot happening -

• lead in road upgrade & contractor engagement
• environmental clearing planning, clearance by ecology, compliance planning
• road closure survey and plan registration
