I found the reply to Q3 interesting. 2009 Operating results will not vary more than 15% from 2008.
If they are within 15% of core operating results I'll be a happy camper.
2008. ($6.5M) - $21.8M (non-operating, litigation) = $15.3 profit (which would not include the settlement).
I may have missed some other non-operating items.
Bring on the speeding tickets :-)
