@nissassa Let’s get this straight if there is an offer for the company all in the money options will be covered under this and if they are not then the options holders can just convert and get the offer on the heads.
So to say an oppies holder should be concerned of a takeover shows either a clear lack of understanding or a desire to spread irrational fear.
Example — Offer made pre-open at 8c per share and I had bought 100k heads (5.4c) and 100k options (2c)
1) Heads - The heads would be increase of 48.1% on closing price. 2) Options - Once conversion costs are factored in the total price paid is 5.25c so in effect an increase of 52.4%
Again to say options holders should be concerned with a takeover is naive.
