For me personally, Keyman risk is the one that concerns me the most.
I like to think that our team under the leadership of Dr. T (and the lessons learned) will be able to deliver the clinical programs.
If a hostile takeover was to occur I do not believe that the shareholders controlling RAC (less than 300), with Dr. T influence, will accept anything less than a fair offer - The question what is fair and how low can such an offer go?
