I will just offer a counterpoint by playing the devils advocate for a second here. George Soros’ Theory of price reflexivity states that the price can influence the fundamentals. A low SP below 75c for a prolonged period (despite improving macro) could affect mgmt’s ability to raise funds or seek higher valuations in licensing or M&A deals with potential partners.

Also, if we have low SP our shares as a currency may not have much of attraction in brining any new consultants or staff and offering them attractive packages or end up providing low strike prices?

Like I said… just counter arguments.
